Harish Hemmige joined Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He leads the firm’s work in global operations for the Public Sector practice. He also leads BCG’s work in global power procurement and North America consumer packaged goods procurement. Harish is a member of the North America Operations leadership team.
Harish has expertise working with private and public sector clients in order to drive sustainable value. He has supported clients in all aspects of procurement, including value identification and delivery (across both direct and indirect spend categories), operating model design, organization restructuring, supplier relationship management, supplier risk management, best-cost- country sourcing, talent/capabilities build, post-merger integrations, and digital procurement. He has supported senior executives on a variety of other strategic and operational topics as well.
Before joining BCG, Harish worked in the public sector, investment banking, and at Fortune 500 companies.
