From the report: “The year 2023 was another successful time for the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council. Under the leadership of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director and CHCO Council Chair, Kiran Ahuja, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Deputy Director for Management and CHCO Council Vice Chair, Jason Miller, and Executive Director for the CHCO Council, Margot Conrad (Jan-Sept) and later Acting Executive Director of the CHCO Council, Latonia Page (Sept-Dec), the Council continued regular meetings, engaged the Executive Steering Committee (ESC), hosted the CHCO Council 20th Anniversary Awards Ceremony and Celebration, convened the CHCO Council Fall Forum, and held the Annual Public Meeting. This report covers CHCO Council activities from January 1 through December 31, 2023.”
