From the report task: “In support of the Department of Defense’s ongoing transformation efforts, at the request of the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the endorsement of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), the Defense Business Board (DBB) formed a Task Group to provide an assessment of the Department’s strategic approach to the realignment of the Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP), and to give feedback on the Congressionally mandated deliverables as required by the Defense Business Systems Management Committee (DBSMC).”
