From the report: “The hiring landscape is shifting for organizations looking to recruit digital talent. While companies have realized the need to recruit from a wider talent pool and remove geographic constraints, COVID-19 has driven widespread office closures that require employees to work from home, which in turn has long-term implications for how employers recruit, hire, and manage their workforce. In certain sectors and industries, work from home has proven more effective than expected and many technology companies, in particular, are seizing the opportunity to rethink human capital strategies and geographic constraints to access new and more diverse talent pools, and provide flexibility to existing employees.”
