Simply put, good management means: (1) Setting and prioritizing goals (2) Putting in place accountability mechanisms (3) Determining and committing to a path forward (4) Routinely assessing whether outcomes are met (5) Using data and analysis to form insights and make decisions (6) Executing plans and processes and actively managing them (7) Identifying and acting on improvement opportunities (8) Sharing information on plans, progress, challenges, and results.”
